Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unopened (seal must be intact), and undamaged, with all tags and original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:

Items that are used, opened, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange. As a provider of health and food products, we maintain strict hygiene standards to protect all our customers.

Every order shipped from Sugarfree.pk is carefully Quality Checked (QC) before dispatch to ensure it meets our health and safety standards.

  • Defective Items: Sugarfree.pk will cover the cost of return or exchange shipping only if the product received is defective, expired, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (or via Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa for COD orders) within 10 business days.
